BARREL PLATING Our automatic barrel plating enables us to process thousands of pounds of metal parts per hour. This large volume capacity saves AMFCO customers money on their small part plating requirements. Both chloride and alkaline processes are available to best match the substrate of your work. PARTS CLEANINGAMFCO also provides parts cleaning, degreasing and descaling. Acid pickle is available with a choice of rust inhibitors; either one that is dry to the touch, or a heavier, wet oil film. We have recently installed a large volume bake oven for hydrogen embrittlement relief. Passivation of stainless steel is also available. PACKAGINGAMFCO now offers flexibility in post-plate packaging. This value added service provides our customers with finished work packaged exactly to their specifications. State-of-the-art measuring equipment insures accurate counts returned to your facility ready to stock, use or ship. Bar coding and labeling is also available.
